INTENDED USE
H.Pylori Ab Serum Rapid Test (Cassette) is a rapid immune-chromatographic assay for the detection of antibodies to H.pylori in human serum.The assay is to provide an aid in diagnosis of H. pylori infection.
Each kit contains:
1.H. Pylori Serum Rapid Test(Cassette) card in foil pouch.
2. Product inserts.
SAMPLE REQUEST
1. No prior special preparation of the patient is required before sample collection by approved techniques.
2. Fresh serum is preferable. Serum may be stored at **8°C up to *4 days in case of delay in testing. For long-term storage, freeze the specimen at **0°C for *2 months or **0°C for longer periods.
3. Repeated freezing and thawing of the specimen should be avoided.
4. Do not use haemolysed, clotted,contaminated, lipamic and viscous/turbid specimen.
5. Specimen containing precipitates or particulate matter must be centrifuged and the clear supernatant only used for testing.
6. Do not heat inactivate the sample .
7. Shipment of
samples should comply with local regulations for transport of
etiologic agents.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
The HP Stool Ag
Test can be stored
at any temperaturebetween ***0°C.Do not freeze.
The stability of the kit under these storageconditions
is *4 months. Use up the reagents as soon as
possible after the kit is unpacked within 3 months.
